Pork Chops

I have been pondering supper for an hour now. It is hard to plan supper when it gets hot and no one wants to eat. (I don't have that problem, I always want to eat)

I have pork loin chops and I think I will marinate them all day and grill them tonight. I will start with pineapple juice, teryaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic, red pepper, and Worcestershire sauce (I might add a little liquid smoke, too), mix well and pour into a zipper bag. Add the chops and let soak all day. Slice an apple and lay the slices on the pork chops while they grill.

Serve with mashed potatoes and Lima beans. I cook my Lima beans with a little sugar, rosemary and thyme and my kids love them.
